Benin airport was shut down for non-payment of taxes

The Edo
State Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) at the early hours of yesterday locked
the administrative offices of the Benin airport for claim that the airport has
failed to pay the PAYE (Pay As You Earn) tax which were removed from the
salaries of workers of the airport.

developers yesterday to download and the interesting feature of using a

The rumour
of Apple producing a budget phone is gaining more momentum as pictures of
packaging of the rumoured budget “iPhone 5C” has appeared on a Chinese website
Weiphone. It has been speculated that the C could mean colour. It is expected
that the budget iPhone will have many light colours unlike the conventional
black and white colours. Though my meaning of C will be Cheap.

Apple’s Dev Centre back online after eight days outage

After a
security breach that saw Apple’s Dev Centre website go offline on Thursday,
18th of July, 2013, Apple has restored some parts of the website. Of the pages
back online are certificates, identifiers, and profiles while Apple Developer
Forums, App Store Resource Centre are still offline.

Blackberry BBM could be available for iOS and Android as soon as September

Electrician dies on PHCN property due to electrocution in Jos

electrician was electrocuted on a PHCN pole in Jos after he tried to change the
supply into his shop to a phase with more regular supply. The electrician whose
name is Chukwuebuka Eze met his untimely death as fate didn’t shine luck to him
on that fateful day.

Apple to investigate electrocution of lady by iPhone5

In a tragic event, a Chinese lady Ma Ailun, 23, who was a flight attendant for the China Southern Airlines, died after she was electrocuted by her iPhone5 while she was receiving a call. The lady met her death a few weeks before her wedding which was supposed to hold on the 8th of August.

Apple to build store on 15th-century Spanish ruin

has discovered an ancient site in the place it wants to build its new store in
the Spanish capital Spain. The ancient site is the ruin of a hospital San
Andres Hospital which was built in the early 15th century and later changed its
name to Buen Sucesco (which means Good fortune).
