of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE), Mr. Benjamin Dikki revealed to the
House of Representatives committee on Privatisation and Commercialisation that
the full payments of entitlements has begun for the Power Holdings Company of
Nigeria (PHCN) workers.
