In less than
two weeks after Samsung announced its first curved smartphone, the Samsung
Galaxy Round, LG is also expected to move fast to give Samsung little space at
the front of the curved screen innovation. The latest leaks of images of the LG
G Flex seem to support this notion.
Tech site Engadget has revealed it was able to get hold of the press renders from its
source. The LG G Flex has a curved screen but it’s not the same way Samsung’s
Galaxy Round is curved. Galaxy Round is curved from left to right while G Flex
is curved from top to down.

This is not
in any way surprising after LG revealed its plans about a flexible and unbreakable screen recently. It is reported that the LG G Flex will likely be
unveiled in November of this year. The smartphone will spot a 6-inch screen
according to the report.
No other
details (specifications) about the smartphone are known at the moment. It must
be noted however that this is not a flexible screen but only curved. LG however
reiterated in the press release recently that it is working on a smartphone
that will have a flexible screen.
