Quotes for the week: Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)

Benjamin Franklin was both an American inventor and politician. He was the governor of Pennsylvania from 1785 to 1788. He was also one of the founding fathers of the United States and one of those that drafted the United States Constitution.

As a scientist, he invented the lightning rod, bifocals, and the glass ‘armonica’ among others.
Here are ten popular quotes out of his great quotes (they are many) to remember this week.

Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.

Honesty is the best policy.

Have a great week.
